You know how to motivate members for an extra burpee and to ensure workouts are safe and effective. If that sounds like you, join 220 Athletes as a Fitness Coach and lead high‑energy, skill‑based Full‑Body group workouts for 30 minutes. Responsibilities Lead and motivate members through pre‑defined workouts. Help members set and achieve fitness goals. Ensure correct form and provide corrections when needed. Understand the purpose of our workouts and stay updated on industry training trends. Demonstrate proper use of all equipment used in each workout. Collaborate with team members and create a welcoming studio environment. Qualifications AED/CPR certification. A current fitness certification from an organization approved by Second to None.
