About the Position

Job Title: Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Labor and Delivery Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours (19:00 - 07:30) Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Labor and Delivery License: Active nursing license required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP Must-Have: - Epic Stork experience - AWHONN Intermediate or Relias Fetal Heart Rate - Ability to circulate and monitor fetal heart rate Description: We are seeking a Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse for a 13-week assignment. The position involves working night shifts of 12 hours. The nurse will assist with labor and delivery, including circulating for C-sections and assisting with OB needs. The average daily census is 5 deliveries with a patient ratio of 1:2. Weekend shifts are required every other weekend. The nurse may float within the facility to meet needs. Experience with Epic Stork is a requirement for this position. Candidates with two years of experience in a Labor and Delivery setting are encouraged to apply. Certifications in ACLS, BLS, NRP, and either AWHONN Intermediate or Relias Fetal Heart Rate are mandatory. This role provides an opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, including neonates, adolescents, and adults.
