Customer Service Executive

Responsibilities:

• Excellent employment opportunity for an Order Management in the Ridgefield, CT area.
• Working independently, manage the receipt, processing, special handling of customer orders as well as new product launches and promotions in an efficient, expeditious and quality-oriented manner.
• Ensuring the correct and timely delivery of product sales and management of customer contacts to resolve issues and provide value added service for both external and internal customers.
• Sales Order and Service Management.
• Ensure proper receipt, validation and entry of customer orders received by EDI, fax, mail or phone.
• Respond to incoming calls, e-mails and other inquiries to work with customers to resolve issues, answer product pricing, shipping questions, backorders, marketing promotions or other order/shipment related issues.

Experience:

• Minimum Degree Required: Associate's Degree (Community College, MBO)
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work in a close team environment.
• Must be able to work within a number of software applications including Microsoft.
• Key dimensions include initiative, resilience, prioritization, and organization, time management, ability to multi-task and develop solutions.
• Pharmaceutical knowledge a plus.
• Required Skills: INCOMING CALLS, PRODUCT PRICING, SALES ORDER, EXCELLENT WRITTEN AND VERBAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS, SHIPPING
