Industry-leading performance-based bonus program 100% employer-funded ESOP to all associates Traditional and Roth 401k 1-month paid sabbatical after every five years of employment, plus $5,000 for travel 3 weeks of vacation 1-week paid volunteer leave each year and 100% charitable match Medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage 100% paid 12-week maternity leave Scholarship for associates’ children up to $28,000 per child Tuition reimbursement for associates A DAY IN THE LIFE Primary Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the marketing department Assist with planning and coordinating client events, trade shows, open houses, ribbon cuttings, recruiting events, and internal company functions Order corporate apparel, promotional products, client gifts, and other branded materials Conduct basic market and competitor research to support marketing initiatives Coordinate shipping, inventory, and organization of event materials and promotional items Create graphics for social media, company events, presentations, internal communications, and marketing campaigns Help maintain digital asset libraries, marketing files, and contact databases Work closely with marketing team members to support special projects and day-to-day marketing activities Assist with the coordination and production of jobsite marketing materials, including signage, branded gear, promotional items, and other project support materials Maintain and organize marketing collateral, including brochures, project sheets, resumes, photography, flyers, and other branded assets Help maintain inventory of marketing materials and event supplies Perform other duties as assigned General Responsibilities: Support special projects and marketing initiatives as assigned Collaborate with marketing team members to ensure consistent brand standards across all materials Build positive working relationships with internal teams, clients, consultants, and vendors Prioritize multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business, or a related field Internship or previous marketing experience is a plus but not required Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook) Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator) is strongly preferred Familiarity with social media platforms and a willingness to learn digital marketing tools Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment MAKE YOUR MOVE ARCO is a premier, full-service design-build general contractor with more than 30 years of experience providing clients with complete project delivery nationwide.
