Business Intelligence Manager

Our client is a fast-growing, PE-backed company headquartered in Dallas, TX. Following a recent acquisition, the company is scaling its internal operations and building out a formal analytics function to support data-driven decision making across the organization. Position Overvie w This is a newly created role reporting directly to a senior operations leader. The Manager of Analytics will lead the company's analytics team, owning the quality, consistency, and timeliness of operational KPIs and reporting delivered to leadership. This is a hands-on, player-coach role: the ideal candidate will both manage a team of analysts and stay directly involved in building and refining dashboards, reports, and analytics standards. Key Responsibilities Manage, coach, and develop a team of operations analysts; set goals and performance expectations Own the KPI catalog and definitions to ensure leadership works from a single source of truth Establish standards for data integrity, documentation, and reporting/dashboard design Translate leadership priorities into an analytics roadmap; serve as the primary analytics point of contact for senior leadership Partner with department leaders to scope reporting requests and present recommendations to executives Liaise with the BI engineering team maintaining the shared data model and reporting platform Standardize and automate recurring reports and dashboards Build a structured mentorship and growth pipeline for the team Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Finance, Business, Data Science or related field required; advanced degree prefer red5+ years of experience in analytics or business intelligence2+ years of experience managing a team requied Proven ownership of a KPI/reporting environment and BI platform; Power BI experience strongly preferred Strong track record of standardizing, automating, and scaling reporting processes Why This Role Brand new position with significant ownership over team structure, standards, and roadmap Reports to a senior leader treating analytics as a strategic priority #J-18808-Ljbffr S+H Search
