Required Qualifications

Registered Nurse, LD Experience: 2 years Licenses: RN-MA(Copy needed) Certifications: BLS(Copy Needed)

NRP(Copy Needed) SSN Required DOB Required References: 1 Reference in the last 12 months SCL within the last year Flu Vaccine: Mandatory during onboarding (no declinations accepted)

Preferred Qualifications

Experience: 3-5+ years preferred OR Experience: Comfortability in the operating room preferred
