Contract Details

• Pay: $16-$18 based on experience

Requirements

• Minimum of 1-2 years of verifiable experience as a PCA or in a similar caregiving role
• Soft Skills: Demonstrated empathy, strong communication skills, and a commitment to patient-centered care
• Compliance: Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening
• Logistics: Valid driver's license, active auto insurance, and reliable transportation for travel within the Dayton area

Responsibilities

• Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and specialized personal care
• Environmental Support: Perform light housekeeping and maintain a clean, safe living environment
• Nutritional Care: Prepare balanced meals according to client dietary requirements
• Clinical Observation: Monitor client status and report significant changes to the nursing supervisor

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour (based on experience)

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of caregiving or PCA experience required

• Compassionate, dependable, and professional demeanor

• Valid driver's license, active auto insurance, and reliable transportation required

• Ability to travel within the Dry Ridge, KY

• Ability to pass background screening and drug screening

• Hands on CPR
