Position Overview We are seeking a hardworking, reliable, and detail‑oriented Event Specialist to join our production and installation crew. In this role, you will be the muscle and the creative hands that bring our clients' visions to life. You will work both at our main facility in Covington and on‑site at various stunning venues throughout the region. Key Responsibilities Logistics & Preparation: Load and unload event equipment, decor, furniture, and lighting from company vehicles at our Covington warehouse and event venues. On‑Site Installation: Execute the setup of high‑end event decor, including intricate fabric draping, furniture placement, prop styling, and lighting elements. Strike & Breakdown: Efficiently and carefully dismantle decor, pack items securely, and clear the venue space at the conclusion of the event. Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly alongside our design and logistics teams to ensure events are executed safely, on time, and up to our luxury standards. Schedule & Availability Flexible Hours: Hours vary drastically depending on the event schedule. Peak Times: Must be available to work early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays based on event setup, start, and breakdown times. Qualifications & Requirements Physical Stamina: Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs regularly) and stand/walk for extended periods. Adaptability: Comfortable working in various venue types, both indoor and outdoor, under tight time constraints. Reliable Transportation: Must have a dependable way to get to our Covington location or designated event sites. Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions carefully to maintain safety and visual design integrity.
