Position Summary

The Property Manager oversees a portfolio of condominium and community associations and serves as the primary management partner to each Board of Directors.

This position is ideal for an experienced Property Manager who is organized, responsive, comfortable reviewing financial information, and skilled at developing strong relationships with Boards, residents, vendors, and internal support teams.

Essential Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned Boards of Directors.
• Attend and facilitate Board, annual, special, and committee meetings as required.
• Prepare management reports, meeting materials, and action-item updates.
• Provide Boards with professional guidance regarding association operations, governing documents, contracts, policies, and established procedures.
• Review monthly financial statements and assist Boards with budgets, reserve planning, expenses, and other financial matters.
• Coordinate with Touchstone's accounting and administrative teams to address association needs.
• Obtain vendor proposals and assist Boards with evaluating contracts, projects, and services.
• Monitor Board-approved maintenance matters, projects, contracts, and deadlines.
• Visit assigned properties as reasonably needed for meetings, projects, emergencies, or specific Board concerns.
• Prepare and review homeowner notices, community updates, and other association communications.
• Respond professionally and promptly to Board member and homeowner questions or concerns.
• Maintain organized association records and follow through on Board-approved action items.

Qualifications

• Previous community association, property management, or closely related experience preferred.
• Two or more years of portfolio or community association management experience is strongly preferred.
• CMCA designation
• AMS, PCAM, designations preferred.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience reviewing budgets, financial statements, invoices, contracts, and proposals.
• Excellent organization, time-management, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to manage multiple communities, meetings, projects, and deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Professional judgment and composure when handling complaints or challenging situations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn association management software.
• Availability to attend evening Board and annual meetings.
• Reliable access to a vehicle for meetings and property visits.
