Senior Brand Manager- Dermatology

**As a global leader in animal health, we are dedicated to innovation and delivering products and services to prevent and treat disease in farm animals and pets.** **At Elanco, we are driven by our vision of Food and Companionship Enriching Life and our purpose – all to Go Beyond for Animals, Customers, Society and Our People.****Your Role:** Senior Brand Manager- Dermatology* Develops a deep understanding of the market, customer, and customer needs* Analyzes needs and requirements by interacting with customers, consumers, and sales teams, determining appropriate market research to determine customer needs and to identify competitive pricing* Insights expertise—understands what market research to do and works with Insights team to action research projects* Excels in reading, interpreting, and analyzing research and other reports and making strategic and tactical recommendations based on this data* Highly analytical, strong understanding of market/dispensing data**What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):*** Bachelor’s degree, Marketing/Business required, MBA preferred* 5+ years of experience in Healthcare Marketing with experience in Animal Health and/or Dermatology preferred* 2+ years of managing people* 2+ years of experience in managing multi-channel media plans with a focus on digital* Positive attitude and fits well with Elanco Cultural Pillars* Brand management experience in regulated environments* Proven leader of teams and ability to influence organizations to drive results* Ability to connect individuals and teams, guiding them through portfolio strategy* Clear, effective communicator including exceptional presentation skills* Cross-functional management and partnership* A results-driven team player able to work in and with a proactive team with a high degree of customer focus* Results-driven team player able to work in and with a proactive team with a high degree of customer focus* Travel: 20% travel* Location: Global Elanco Headquarters - Indianapolis, IN - Hybrid Work EnvironmentDon’t meet every single have shown underrepresented groups are less likely to apply to jobs unless they meet every single qualification.
