Medical Surgical Unit - Travel Registered Nurse

Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 12 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Indiana license or compact license (required for submission).

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Ascension Health Resource and Supply Management Group, LLC (Direct) - Main and no current placement allowed at Program: Ascension Health Resource and Supply Management Group, LLC (Direct) - Main.

Additional Details:

In order to receive travel rate, clinician’s claimed residence must match address on driver’s license.

Required Credentials: - Driver’s license is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license. - Ascension Pharmacology 1 or 2 exam required; minimum 80% score with 2 attempts allowed. - Ascension Medical Surgical exam required; minimum 80% score with 2 attempts allowed. - Ascension Core Competencies exam required; minimum 80% or national benchmark passing score with 2 attempts allowed. - Ascension EKG exam required; minimum 80% score with 2 attempts allowed. - Ascension Health does not accept vaccine/Tdap declinations.

Special Requests: - Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. - Candidates need to have employment separation for at least 6 months to be considered for a travel position.

Unit Details: - Post-surgical unit.

Shift & Scheduling: - Flexible contract hours: 36 or 48 per week.

5 days maximum time off
