Litigation Attorney — Construction/Commercial Litigation A well-established, nationally recognized litigation firm in the Atlanta area is expanding its team and hiring two litigation attorneys. This boutique firm has built its reputation on trial-tested results — with attorneys individually recognized by Chambers USA, Best Lawyers, and Super Lawyers — while maintaining the responsiveness and culture of a smaller shop. The firm is in active growth mode, recently expanding its office footprint to support a growing caseload across construction, commercial, and insurance-related litigation. Experience 2-4+ years of experience Location Atlanta, GA (Hybrid) Billable Requirement 1850 Responsibilities Manage an active litigation caseload from intake through resolution, including drafting, discovery, and motion practice Take/defend depositions and represent clients at hearings, mediations, and trials as needed Partner closely with senior attorneys on case strategy and client communication Qualifications J.D. and active license to practice law in Georgia 2–4+ years of litigation experience (range depends on level) Construction litigation preferred; commercial/business, civil litigation, insurance defense, or general liability backgrounds also considered Salary and Other Compensation The annual salary for this position is between $140,000 – $200,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
