Temp Parttime Faculty - School of Law The UNM School of Law anticipates hiring qualified temporary part‑time Adjunct Faculty to teach and develop specialized legal courses. Openings include the following subjects: Criminal Law & Criminal Practice Alternative Dispute Resolution Environmental, Natural Resources & Energy Law Education Law Business, Tax & Regulatory Law Immigration & Public Interest Law Experiential Learning, Clinics & Externships Legal Research, Writing & Academic Success Law Review & Scholarly Writing Moot Court, Advocacy & Competitions Positions are contingent upon need each semester as determined by student enrollment levels, current course offerings matrix, and demand driven by graduation requirements. Positions may be filled or eliminated each semester up to the deadline for students to drop or add courses. Minimum Qualifications JD or equivalent legal degree Preferred Qualifications At least 5 years of law practice; or Prior Experience teaching at the School of Law or another Law School; or Demonstrated expertise relevant to a curricular need; and A demonstrated commitment to cultivate an understanding of the rich and varied cultures of New Mexico and to the success of the university's mission to serve local and global communities.
