Bus Driver

Coloma Community Schools Bus Driver 26-27 School Year Summary We are seeking a reliable and responsible individual to join our team as a Bus Driver. This is a part-time position (guaranteed 20 hours per week) located at Coloma High School. The Bus Driver will be responsible for safely transporting students to and from school. Responsibilities Safely operate a school bus while transporting students to and from school-related activities Ensure the safety of all passengers while in transit Follow all traffic laws and regulations Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle Communicate effectively with school staff and parents/guardians Report any accidents, incidents, or vehicle malfunctions to the appropriate authorities Follow all school policies and procedures related to transportation Other duties as assigned Requirements Must have CDL or be able to obtain before August 20th, 2026 Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record Must be at least 21 years old Must pass a background check and drug test Must be able to communicate effectively with students, parents/guardians, and school staff Must have a reliable mode of transportation to and from work Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, afternoons, and evenings Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds Previous experience as a driver or working with children is preferred, but not required.
