Job Description RR Donnelley is adding an Electronic Archiving Project Manager to their New York City team! This team works a Hybrid Work Schedule requiring 3 days on-site.
This role is responsible for managing complex onboardings for the Electronic Archiving (EA) program, ensuring compliance with Records Management policies and adherence to best practices. THey manage other program level efforts as directed and aligned with RRD Global Strategic Manager and EA Global Lead.

This role is responsible for managing complex onboardings for the Electronic Archiving (EA) program, ensuring compliance with Records Management policies and adherence to best practices. THey manage other program level efforts as directed and aligned with RRD Global Strategic Manager and EA Global Lead.
- Serve as a project manager and lead for complex, high priority, or high risk Archive360 onboardings
- Manage Program level initiatives and enterprise data migrations (including ERA, ZL Tech, and On Demand environments) from initiation through successful UAT and deployment.
- Collaborate with Global eArchive Project Manager Lead as assigned Archive360 onboarding requests (BAU, Ad hoc, other programs)
- Collaborate with EA Records Specialist, as needed for program initiatives or for interfacing with IM/DLM Team
- Attend and lead relevant client meetings, production and management status calls and provide training and guidance to team members on electronic records management policies and procedures as directed
- Provide transparent, proactive status updates, risk assessments, and escalation paths on project status to the Global EA Lead and key stakeholders.
- Responsible for escalating issues to Global eArchive Project Manager Lead or Global EA Lead
- Track, analyze and report on quality metrics, strategize with the client, and deliver services, which will attract and retain client loyalty
- Ensure all deliverable deadlines are met for all individuals and parts involved in the process for all onboardings and special projects
- Maintain contact with clients/stakeholders to set project milestones, create project estimates, track schedules, advise of job progress, scheduling concerns, and any requests for additional information or materials, when required
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 8+ years of relevant work experience
- Excellent Mac and/or PC computer skills; ability to learn and become proficient with new applications, and ability to provide basic troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with enterprise software deployment, eDiscovery and data migration expertise preferred.
- Must be proactive, collaborative, driven and seek excellence in execution of tasks.
- Experience in utilizing continuous improvement and automation tools to create and track metrics is preferred.
- Complete understanding of the "Big Picture" which allows the individual to problem-solve, analyze potential solutions and use sound judgment to make good business decisions.
- Ability to interpret and understand clients' expectations and direct the production team.
- Strong project management discipline, organizational skills and time-management skills.
- Proven track record with strong and effective client relationships and solution delivery.
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to listen for understanding.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at one time in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; experience and ability to work with cross-functional teams, internally and client-side; independently or as part of a team
- Ability to anticipate needs on behalf of the client, not only to serve the client but also increase volume and profitability
