Product Designer

Location Franklin, TN – on-site. Relocation assistance available. Flexible schedules. Job Overview As a Product Designer, you’ll create intuitive digital experiences that help people make confident decisions and move forward in their lives. You’ll partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers to turn customer insights into thoughtful, easy-to-use solutions—participating in discovery, designing user flows and prototypes, and iterating based on customer feedback and product data. You’ll contribute throughout the product development process, simplifying complex problems into clear, trustworthy experiences. Responsibilities Partner with cross‑functional teams—Product Managers, Engineers, and Customer Success—to define and execute on design solutions. Participate in discovery, user research, interviews, usability testing, and data analysis to surface insights. Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity designs in Figma. Iterate designs quickly based on feedback and test results. Maintain design system and component library consistency. Advocate for user‑centric design and foster a collaborative design culture. Requirements 4–5 years of product design experience on web and mobile products. Experience leading a design from concept through launch and iteration. High proficiency in Figma (wireframing, prototyping, components, design systems). Experience with customer discovery activities (interviews, usability testing, surveys, or feedback analysis). Ability to simplify complex problems into intuitive product experiences. Strong collaboration with Product Managers and Engineers in a cross‑functional environment. Comfort with exploring multiple solutions, giving and receiving feedback, and iterating quickly. Portfolio demonstrating strong product thinking, problem‑solving, and measurable impact—not just polished visuals.
