Overview
Cardiovascular Technologist – Electrophysiology Tech in a hospital-based EP lab, located in Lawrenceville, Georgia, United States. Start date: 10/19/2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Weekly pay: $2,311–$2,406 per week. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Shift: 12-hour daytime shifts on a 12x3 schedule. This is a travel temporary assignment supporting an inpatient EP program with exposure to advanced electrophysiology procedures.

Responsibilities
- Assist physicians during EP procedures, including EP studies, EP ablations (PVI), and device interrogations and programming for ICDs, SICDs, and pacemakers
- Operate and troubleshoot EP lab equipment and ensure the room is prepared with appropriate supplies and sterile technique
- Interrogate, setup, and support EP devices; monitor device function and assist with programming changes as directed
- Monitor patient status and vitals during procedures; document findings and intra-procedural events accurately
- Perform post-procedure tasks, including room turnover, specimen handling, and data entry into the patient record
- Collaborate with EP team members (nurses, technologists, and physicians) to maintain a safe, efficient workflow and comply with safety and regulatory standards

Requirements
- One of the following certifications: ARRT, RCIS, or RCES
- AHA BLS and ACLS certification
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in an electrophysiology lab or with EP procedures
- Proficiency with ICDs, SICDs, pacemakers, and EP ablation/structural heart procedures (e.g., PVI)
- Ability to work 12-hour daytime shifts on a 12x3 schedule in a hospital EP lab environment
- Ability to meet holiday coverage requirements as specified for the assignment
