Project Manager - Immunology Medical Payer Strategy

Job Summary: The Project Manager — Immunology Medical Payer Strategy will support the development and execution of medical affairs strategies focused on payer and population-based healthcare decision makers. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams including Market Access, Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, and Health Economics Outcomes Research to deliver scientific and health economic insights. The position requires strong project coordination, stakeholder management, and communication skills within a regulated healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities: Support the development and execution of medical affairs strategies for payer and population-based healthcare audiences Create, manage, and coordinate approval of scientific and health economic materials including slide decks, FAQs, and educational resources Route materials through internal regulatory and compliance processes for field team utilization Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Medical Affairs, Commercial, HEOR, and Clinical Development teams Support real-world evidence initiatives aligned with business and scientific objectives Monitor scientific literature, payer policies, industry trends, and competitive intelligence Assist with regulatory, legal, and compliance discussions related to payer strategy initiatives Support the development of pharmacoeconomic materials, webinars, podcasts, advisory boards, and payer-focused educational programs Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications across multiple initiatives Assist with scientific and technical training for payer and value access teams Required Qualifications: Advanced degree such as Doctor of Philosophy, Doctor of Pharmacy, or related scientific discipline strongly preferred Experience leading projects and cross-functional initiatives without direct authority Knowledge of medical affairs, payer strategy, healthcare economics, or real-world evidence initiatives Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards within healthcare or life sciences Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively Experience collaborating with internal and external business partners Familiarity with scientific literature review and healthcare data interpretation Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting immunology-related projects or therapeutic areas Knowledge of health economics outcomes research methodologies Exposure to payer communications and market access strategies Basic understanding of statistics and real-world evidence research Experience developing educational or scientific engagement materials Benefits: The Company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, life insurance, long-term disability insurance, short-term disability insurance, paid parking/public transportation, paid time off, paid sick and safe time, hours of paid vacation time, weeks of paid parental leave, and paid holidays annually — as applicable.
