Job Summary:
The organization is seeking registered nurses (RN) for the Endoscopy Laboratory (Endoscopy Lab) in Springfield, Missouri. This position involves providing direct patient care in a fast-paced, procedure-focused environment, including documentation, equipment handling, and moderate to conscious endoscopy sedation. Candidates must bring their license on the first day and meet all licensure, certification, and experience requirements.

Job Details:

• Location: Springfield, MO
• Shift: Days, 5x8 hours (0730-1600), hours may vary, with 2-3 late days per week based on recovery and procedure census. Schedule hours total 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid RN license (eligible for licensure in Missouri or currently licensed in Missouri), BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association, one year of experience in procedure room documentation, charting, instrument turnover, and moderate/conscious endoscopy sedation, proficiency with EPIC (must have recent experience), and availability to start within 4 weeks.
• Preferred Qualifications: CGRN certification within 2 years after hire is recommended.
• Additional Information: The position involves working with Olympus endoscopes, fluoroscopy, IV pumps, patient monitoring, and other equipment. Must demonstrate good communication skills, ability to work with delicate instruments, and adapt to a team-driven, fast-paced setting.
