Position Overview

Telaré Law is a dedicated legal firm committed to providing exceptional client care and representation. We are looking for a creative and organized Communications Coordinator to join our growing team in Richland, WA.

The Communications Coordinator will support the firm's social media, content, and event efforts — helping tell Telaré Law's story across digital and community channels. This position requires strong writing skills, video and photo content experience, and the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. This is an in-person role based in our Richland, WA office and requires professionalism, creativity, and a strong sense of ownership over assigned work.

Responsibilities

Social Media & Communications

• Maintain and execute the firm's social media calendar
• Schedule and publish content across approved platforms
• Write captions, post copy, and basic communications content aligned with firm branding and standards
• Monitor messages and comments and route appropriately
• Track basic performance metrics and reporting

Video & Content Production

• Record video content featuring attorneys and staff
• Capture photos and video at firm events and activities
• Edit short-form video content for social media
• Maintain organized photo and video libraries
• Support website and communication updates as needed

Event & Community Support

• Coordinate logistics for firm events and community initiatives
• Manage timelines, supplies, materials, and registrations
• Assist with event setup, execution, and follow-up
• Capture event photos and video for future use

Client Appreciation & Gifts

• Coordinate client, referral, settlement, and sympathy gifts
• Maintain gift inventory and ordering
• Coordinate delivery and tracking of gifts
• Support initiatives that enhance the client experience

Administrative Support

• Maintain calendars, trackers, and project documentation
• Organize digital assets and shared resources
• Assist with invoices and administrative tasks
• Support special projects and department initiatives

Qualifications

Required

• 1–3 years of experience in communications, social media, events, or a related field
• Strong written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience editing video for social media
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Google Workspace
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Preferred

• Photography and videography experience
• Experience managing social media platforms
• Experience in legal, professional services, or community-based organizations
