Service Coordinator

Pay Range: $15 - $28 hourly, depending on experience

Checkered Flag Automotive Group is looking for a Service Coordinator to join our team in Virginia Beach, VA!

What Our Service Coordinators Do

Answer all calls inbound to the Service Department, schedule appointments and provide assistance appropriate to the caller’s needs
Coordinate customer’s vehicle service appointments, including scheduling and coordinating loaner or rental vehicles, as applicable
Monitor scheduled reservations, contacting no-shows daily to reschedule

Your Pre-Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year of customer service experience
Must be able to walk, bend, and sit for extended periods of time
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and CDK
Strong organizational and communication skills
