Job Details Pay Rate: £37,000 Grade: RCS. L Contract Type: 12 Month Secondment (Full‑Time) Shift patterns: Monday to Thursday, 07:30 am – 16:00 pm; Friday 07:30 am – 12:30 pm Location: Gloucester Job Overview We're looking for a Continuous Improvement Manager to make a real impact in our supply chain operations. A Typical Day May Involve Play a key role in delivering projects and driving continuous improvement alongside our customers. Turn data into meaningful insights that enhance efficiency, quality, and decision‑making. Gather, clean, and analyse data from multiple sources to support KPIs and CI initiatives. Build dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to track trends and outcomes. Translate complex data into clear actions and recommendations. Collaborate with stakeholders across DHL and our customers to define success measures and reporting needs. Who We Are Looking For Proven experience as a Continuous Improvement Manager. Strong Excel skills, with exposure to BI tools such as Power BI. Knowledge of CI methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or similar).
