Sr. Mechanical Engineer

What to Expect The Tooling, Process & Training team is responsible for developing custom service tooling, hardware, and procedures to assist in the rapid development and maintenance of Tesla Energy's storage and charging solutions, as well as providing training on these tools and procedures. This skilled and motivated individual should have a strong technical background in both mechanical and electrical fundamentals, hands on experience using tools to prototype, assemble and disassemble, along with experience collaborating with broad cross‑functional teams. The primary application of these skills will be in the development of procedures and campaigns for servicing all of Tesla's Energy product suite. The ideal candidate will have a strong mix of engineering fundamentals and hands on experience, with a passion for working in a fast‑growing renewable energy company.
