Merchandise Coordinator

Job Summary MINISO is looking for a Merchandise Coordinator to join our growing Merchandise team. This is an entry-level role focused on supporting the merchandise team and assisting with various tasks within the buying, planning, allocations, and visual teams. This role involves a mix of administrative duties, data management, and coordination between different departments. It provides foundational exposure to retail merchandising and buying operations. Essential Job Functions Prepare sales reports, stock reports, and other performance analyses to support data-driven buying decisions. Assist buyers with the execution of product assortments, order entry, and system maintenance. Track purchase orders, monitor inventory levels and assist planning and allocation teams Support team with weekly sales recaps, reporting, recapping, inventory tracking, and SKU/sizing analysis Contribute to performance analysis, including preparing notes and actionable insights Assist the buying team in coordinating product launches, seasonal collections, and promotional activities through administrative and operational support. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely data reporting Orders, tracks and maintains all product samples ensuring strong organization and coordination throughout the process. Maintain accurate product databases, support SKU creation and maintenance, and handle necessary documentation related to orders and vendor communications. Enter and maintain price/cost changes for relevant categories Supports vendor communications and updates Prepares samples for PR and Marketing turn-ins throughout the season. Supports with sample set up for key meetings. Create and maintain IP Calendar for cross-functional partners Work closely with planning, logistics, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution from product sourcing to store availability. Manage schedules, prepare reports, and organize meetings for the buying team Help manage the flow of product data between the merchandising team and other departments Assist with routine communications to suppliers, such as confirming order details, scheduling shipments, and tracking deliveries Ensure product data is up to date in internal systems Perform basic market research and compile information on competitor offerings and product trends, providing initial insights to the team Act as a liaison between the buying team and other stakeholders Additional Qualifications Strong written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple priorities A proactive, self-starter mindset, you take ownership and follow through Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint A genuine interest in merchandising, retail, and consumer products Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in business, preferably with a specialization in marketing or retail merchandising 0-2 years of experience in retail, merchandising, or a related field Pay Range USD $70,304.00 - USD $70,304.00 /Yr. #J-18808-Ljbffr Miniso
