Requirements

• Active Arizona state Speech-Language Pathologist license.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
• Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in an acute care or rehabilitation setting.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong communication skills and experience with diverse patient populations.
