Quality Assurance SupervisorGreenwood Fabricating & Plating, LLC

Full-Time | First Shift | Salaried Position
$70,000 – $90,000/year

Greenwood Fabricating & Plating is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Supervisor to support and oversee quality operations within our manufacturing environment.

This position plays a critical role in maintaining quality systems, supporting compliance initiatives, leading quality personnel, and helping ensure products and processes meet both customer and regulatory expectations.

We are looking for a hands-on leader who is organized, process-driven, and comfortable balancing documentation, team coordination, and shop floor quality activities.

• Supervise and support Quality personnel, including inspectors and technicians
• Oversee quality documentation, reporting, and compliance activities
• Support and maintain quality systems aligned with ISO/QS/AS standards
• Coordinate internal audits and assist with external audits
• Review non-conformances and support corrective action processes (CAPA)
• Track quality metrics including scrap, rework, and customer concerns
• Ensure inspection and testing activities are properly documented and completed
• Support quality documentation including FMEA, PPAP, control plans, and inspection records
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and production teams to resolve quality issues
• Participate in shop floor activities to reinforce quality standards and process compliance
• Train and mentor quality team members on procedures and expectations

• 3–5 years of manufacturing quality experience
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong understanding of ISO/QS/AS quality systems and documentation control
• Experience with root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Proficiency with Excel, reporting, and quality documentation systems
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
• Comfortable working in both office and production environments
