Salary: $81,000 - 104,000 per year Requirements:

• Active or current Top Secret security clearance with TS/SCI eligibility
• Bachelors or Masters degree in a related field and at least 3 years of experience in the relevant technical or professional discipline, including 3 years in the DoD
• Or 7 years of directly related experience with the appropriate certifications per PWS labor category performance requirements, including 5 years in the DoD
• Specialized knowledge and experience in the required technical area
• Position-appropriate certification/qualification for DoD 8140 primary work role code 441-Network Operations at Intermediate proficiency, secondary work role code 451-System Administrator at Intermediate proficiency, and third work role code 411-Technical Support Specialist at Intermediate proficiency
• Ability to meet DoD 8140 requirements for foundational, residential, and continuous professional development, and maintain all certifications and training in good standing under DoD, DAF, and IC policy
• Familiarity with current security policy and manuals, with the ability to work in a dynamic environment and collaborate effectively with DoD, military/civilian personnel, and industry partners
• High degree of originality, creativity, and initiative with minimal supervision
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Willingness to travel within the organizational geographic Area of Responsibility, including possible ground and air transportation
• Eligibility for Special Access Program information if required, and willingness to submit to a counterintelligence polygraph
• Ability to maintain elevated privileged access to IT systems
• Ability to travel to and from required work locations, as a Government vehicle is not available

• Provide primary network configuration and maintenance support for WPAFBs Site AF JWICS infrastructure, including on-site support to SCIFs requiring AF JWICS access
• Deliver remote AF JWICS network advisement to co-located industry partners and remote network assistance to geographically separated Government SCIFs, with travel as mission and budget allow
• Carry out design, configuration, installation, upgrades, monitoring, troubleshooting, and routine change management for the WPAFB Site AF JWICS network infrastructure
• Coordinate with the WPAFB Site AF JWICS ISSM on cybersecurity policy and Risk Management Framework control implementation
• Collaborate with 88 CS, NASIC, AF IC, 690 ISS, ACC/A25J, and other agencies as needed
• Develop processes, conduct investigative research, and perform trend analysis as directed by the DAO, CISO, ISSM, SIO, or other Government official
• Administer cybersecurity network management and monitoring tools such as Infoblox, SolarWinds, GEMONE, ISE, and similar systems
• Create and prepare network-related artifacts needed to maintain Authority to Operate and respond to higher headquarters taskings
• Support IT specialists with troubleshooting and maintenance of collateral LAN systems, including NIPR, SIPR, and related systems, as required
• Perform cryptographic equipment maintenance, hardware upgrades and replacements, firmware updates, and system configuration changes remotely or on site for supported locations
• Serve as COMSEC Responsible Officer for AFLCMC/IN customers located in Buildings 11, 20, and 556 only
• Work with the Site ISSM to obtain and maintain ATO compliance and continuous monitoring criteria
