Maintenance Technician

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for performing corrective and preventive maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring equipment reliability while maintaining high safety and quality standards. If you are hands-on, detail-oriented, and experienced with industrial equipment and automated systems, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on production equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system issues
• Support equipment reliability and minimize production downtime
• Assist with new equipment installations and continuous improvement projects
• Conduct root cause analysis to resolve recurring machine failures
• Maintain accurate maintenance documentation and reports
• Follow all safety procedures and food manufacturing GMP standards
• Support plant utilities and production operations as needed

Requirements

• 5+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing
• Experience in food manufacturing or bakery environments preferred
• Knowledge of PLCs, motors, drives, sensors, and automated equipment
• Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting experience
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics
• Strong understanding of safety standards and procedures
• Technical background in Electromechanical, Mechatronics, or related fields preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work at different heights
• Comfortable climbing ladders and stairs
• Ability to work in an industrial production environment

Schedule & Location

• Full-time position
• 8-hour shifts
• On-site work environment
