We are seeking a part-time BC/BE Dermatologist who is passionate about providing outstanding patient care to join our growing department. Our team consists of 12 dermatologists, including a Mohs surgeon, along with 3 physician assistants. We specialize in general dermatology and offer a comprehensive range of surgical and medical dermatologic services, including phototherapy, patch testing, laser treatments, and in-house dermatopathology support. Candidates with interests in pediatrics or cosmetic dermatology are encouraged to apply.

Position Overview:

• Flexible part-time schedule (0.5 FTE), with the possibility of increasing to 0.8 FTE for those with adaptable availability.

• Collaborative work environment with multidisciplinary support.

• Utilization of EPIC EMR system.

• Compensation based on a production model.

• New clinicians receive a one-year income guarantee ranging from $503,000 to $559,000 for a full-time equivalent (guarantee will be adjusted based on actual FTE).

• Starting bonus of up to $35,000.

• Two-year pathway to partnership.
