We are currently seeking a qualified Multi-Family Electrician to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities Conduct electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance in multi-family buildings. Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide effective solutions. Perform upgrades and installations of lighting fixtures, outlets, and electrical panels. Ensure all work complies with local electrical codes and safety standards. Collaborate with property managers and maintenance teams to address electrical concerns. Qualifications Valid electrician’s license in Wisconsin preferred. Proven experience as an electrician, preferably in a multi-family residential setting. Thorough knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
