Our organization is seeking to add three radiologists to enhance our growing Emergency/Overnight Radiology team.
You will become part of a dedicated group of 9 full-time equivalents (FTEs) as we expand to a total of 12 FTEs. Our facilities feature advanced residency and fellowship programs, along with cutting-edge radiography, ultrasound, and CT technology. Ideal candidates will possess a solid foundation in general radiology, particularly in neuroradiology and body imaging.

Key Responsibilities

• Work an average schedule of 1 week on followed by 2 weeks off, with exceptional flexibility to arrange remote shifts that suit your preferences. Shifts are capped at 8 hours!
• Cover shifts across 6 hospitals within our health system, with 4 attending radiologists on duty each evening.
• Benefit from excellent residents at all locations who handle the majority of preliminary studies.
• Perform readings for CT, X-ray, and ultrasound. There is no involvement with Level 1 trauma, mammography, nuclear medicine, or procedures. You may occasionally check MRIs for urgent findings, but these do not require your signature.
• Utilize a unified PACS system across all sites, supported by robust IT assistance.

Qualifications

• Medical Degree from an accredited institution.
• Active New York State Medical License and DEA registration.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Radiology.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
• A commitment to teamwork and a performance-driven environment is highly valued.

The compensation for this position ranges from $460,000 to $510,000, excluding bonuses, incentive compensation, or benefits.

Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, including experience, specialties, historical productivity, collections, and community needs. Therefore, the final salary may be closer to either end of the range, and in some cases, may fall outside the specified range.
