Job Description
Registered Nurse (RN) Job Description We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to delivering compassionate care and possess the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions and report significant changes to the healthcare team.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment plans and health maintenance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to best practices in patient care.
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices and principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and variable environment.
