We are seeking an experienced Tax Professional with 10+ years of experience to lead the firm’s tax function, reporting directly to the CFO. This professional will collaborate with Front Office Sales, Operations, and Finance, along with internal stakeholders. Responsibilities include Tax Compliance, Reporting, M&A Tax Diligence, and Tax Strategy. The key responsibilities include: Managing US and International Tax Reporting in coordination with outside advisors Strategic analysis of global tax structuring and planning Evaluating and structuring M&A transactions Monitoring global tax developments (e.g., legislation, regulations, operational changes) and advising management accordingly Proactively identifying global tax requirements and ensuring compliance Required qualifications: 15+ years of relevant tax experience, including at least five years in a public accounting firm Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; Master’s degree is a plus CPA or JD preferred Experience with Partnership Taxation is essential Understanding of Stock Equity Compensation and Partner Capital Models Senior Level Director Employment Type Full-time Job Function Accounting/Auditing Industries Venture Capital and Private Equity, Broadcast Media Production and Distribution, Technology, Information, and Media #J-18808-Ljbffr Coda Search│Staffing
