Requirements

Previous Service Advisor or customer-facing experience preferred Strong communication and time management skills Friendly, organized, and professional demeanor Ability to multitask and manage multiple customers and repair orders Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving abilities Professional appearance and positive attitude Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Willingness to complete a pre-employment background check

What You'll Do

Greet and assist customers in the service lane with professionalism and care Guide customers through the service process with clear communication and support Write and manage repair orders while coordinating with technicians Present and sell recommended services and maintenance options Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout their visit Help ensure a smooth, organized, and productive service department

Physical & Work Environment

Work performed at a desk and in the service lane Moderate noise level typical of a dealership environment Frequent movement throughout the dealership Occasionally lift or move objects up to 20 pounds Regular use of hands and fingers for typing and handling materials Clear communication required with customers and team members
