The Head Coach will inspire, train, and support both staff and members while fostering a caring and collaborative studio environment. Responsibilities Lead and motivate members through pre-defined workouts Ensure members use correct form and provide corrections when necessary Understand the science behind our workouts, especially heart‑rate focused training programs, and stay aware of industry trends Demonstrate and teach equipment usage for every piece of equipment utilized in every workout Act as a team player and mentor to studio staff Qualifications Hold and maintain a current fitness certification from an education company approved by Orangetheory Fitness Be AED/CPR certified Additional Information Specific job duties and selection requirements vary between Orangetheory studio locations and more details can be provided by the studio’s hiring manager if you are selected to move forward in the interview process. #J-18808-Ljbffr
