Live-In Caregiver

We are seeking compassionate and dependable Caregivers to provide care and support to our clients during day, evening, weekend and overnight hours.Position SummaryThe Caregiver offers personal care and companionship during scheduled hours, ensuring client comfort, safety, and peace of mind. This role is ideal for those who enjoy working independently and providing essential care when families cannot be present.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide companionship and emotional support during scheduled hours.Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as:Personal hygiene (bathing, grooming, dressing)Toileting or incontinence careMobility support and repositioning for comfortMonitor client's condition and promptly report changes to supervisor.Perform light housekeeping related to client care (laundry, tidying, meal prep if needed).Ensure a safe environment, including fall prevention and emergency response.Offer medication reminders according to the care plan.QualificationsPrevious caregiving, home care, or CNA experience preferred, but not required training provided.Must be at least 18 years old.Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (if required for client visits).Ability to pass background check and drug screening.Compassionate, patient, and dependable with strong communication skills.Schedule & CompensationVarious shifts offered.Flexible scheduling; part-time and full-time opportunities.Competitive pay with differential for overnight shifts.Ongoing training and career growth opportunities.Right at Home – Northern Colorado is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
