Front Desk Receptionist / File Clerk Pay range: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour Responsibilities Greeting customers at the front desk Answering and directing phone calls for our service and sales department Scanning, filing, and organizing documents Data entry and maintaining accurate records Restocking office and break‑room supplies Cleaning and maintaining the break‑room area Delivery of inter‑dealership/office work between locations Off‑site bank deposits Assisting with general administrative tasks Evenings and weekends are required Qualifications Must be able to pass a pre‑employment drug screening Benefits Paid Time Off (PTO) Holiday pay Hosted company events Vehicle purchase program Employee discounts for parts and service #J-18808-Ljbffr
