Trauma Sales Representative - Monroe, LA
Stryker
Stryker seeks a Trauma Sales Representative for field-based work in Monroe, Louisiana, selling trauma products to surgeons and healthcare facilities. The role requires on-call availability including nights, weekends, and holidays to support emergency cases, with approximately 30% travel.
Responsibilities
- Sell Stryker trauma products to surgeons and healthcare professionals in assigned territory
- Develop expertise in Stryker trauma products and competitor offerings to advise customers
- Manage and maintain product inventory and provide training on products and tools
- Attend sales meetings and professional association events outside regular business hours
- Provide product consultation during operating room and emergency room situations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or 4+ years clinical healthcare or sales experience
- 3+ years sales experience preferred
- Knowledge of sales principles, product demonstration, and sales techniques
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency with office technologies and databases
- Comfort working in emergency and operating room environments
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with surgeons and hospital staff
- Compliance with AdvaMed principles and applicable laws and regulations
Compensation: 100% commission with bonuses and benefits eligible
