Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Dayton, NJ

Type of Employment: Temporary to Permanent

In Office/Hybrid/Remote: Fully in Office

Hourly: $25/hr

Job Summary:

LHH is working with a consumer packaged goods company in Dayton, NJ that is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative on a temporary to possible permanent basis. This role is fully in office with hours from Monday through Friday 8AM to 5PM with a 1-hour break. The qualified candidate must have order entry experience into SAP. The hourly rate is $25/hr.

Responsibilities:

· Answer incoming phone calls and emails from customers

· Manually enter customer orders into SAP for processing, ensuring all details are accurate to avoid order issues

· Process return requests in SAP

· Keep track of customer conversations in Salesforce

· Provide updates to management regarding customer updates

· Answer questions from customers as it pertains to orders, shipments, and issues

Required Experience:

· High School Diploma required

· SAP ERP experience is required

· Salesforce experience a plus

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

· Extremely detail oriented

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
