Seven Healthcare are seeking a highly skilled RN to join the Emergency Department team in Asheville, NC. This is a travel assignment focusing on emergency healthcare in a fast-paced environment. The position offers an opportunity to work with a high-volume, diverse patient population.

Key Responsibilities of the RN

• Work within a team setting to manage emergency care effectively in a 101-bed unit
• Maintain patient ratios typically at 4:1, up to 7:1 in behavioral cases
• Utilize equipment such as Baxter pumps and GE monitors
• Document using Cerner system and ensure consistent patient updates
• Commit to scheduling requirements and float within all ED sections

Requirements of the RN

• ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, and NIHSS certifications before starting
• ENPC certification within 90 days of hire
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Level 2 trauma center
• At least 1-year experience specifically in an ER setting
• Flexibility to work in different areas of the ED
