Qualified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner

Bethany for Children & Families seeks a Qualified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner to support children, youth, and families across the Quad Cities. In this role, you will provide community-based psychiatric rehabilitation, complete strengths-based assessments, and develop individualized recovery plans that promote safety, stability, and long-term well-being. You will coordinate with therapists, caseworkers, schools, and medical providers, offer skills training and crisis support, and connect clients with vital community resources, all within a compassionate, collaborative, mission-driven nonprofit culture.
