Production Associate

As a Finishing Production Associate, you will help prepare and finish manufactured components to meet quality and customer specifications. You will perform manual polishing and other finishing operations while receiving training across multiple manufacturing processes. Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate! What You'll Do Perform manual polishing of components to meet established quality standards. Support finishing operations, including manual belting, CNC milling, CNC grinding, grit blasting, drag finishing, and laser marking. Perform visual inspections to verify product quality. Clean and passivate components according to work instructions. Follow production procedures, safety guidelines, and customer specifications. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Cross-train in different finishing operations to support production needs. Perform other duties as assigned. #J-18808-Ljbffr Lincotek
