Responsibilities Pack customer contents, including inventory, packaging, wrapping, and boxing, ensuring items are secure and organized. Move contents from customers' homes in accordance with company standards, ensuring safe and efficient transport. Evaluate each item to determine its salvageability, making informed decisions to maximize recovery. Clean, disinfect, and deodorize items damaged by smoke, sewage, mold, or water using various techniques. Understand the importance of valuable personal items to clients and appropriately clean and process them. Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company safety requirements. Inventory and organize items, ensuring accurate records and efficient retrieval. Qualifications Experience in cleaning, content packing, and inventory management. Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance. Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects. Ability to work with/around cleaning agents.
