Key Holder — Luxury Beauty Store Lead & Coach
The Estée Lauder Companies Inc.
The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in Austin, TX. You will lead by example, coaching the sales team to deliver inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service and to meet sales and service targets. You will handle cash reconciliation, opening and closing the store on a rota basis, and participate in start-of-day and end-of-day procedures.
