- Responsibilities and Impact:
- Develop an understanding of the company's products and strategy
- Help execute powerful communications strategies that manage change, create engagement, and support a positive and productive organizational culture
- Help identify internal communications opportunities and elevate communications
- Implement new internal programming and communications that furthers employee engagement, strengthens the Technology culture, fosters connections across teams and enables employees to action our company values
- Help execute holistic communication strategies for employee programs and initiatives (e.g., People Team,)
- Assist with developing impactful content using a variety of tactics (videos, visuals, etc.) that increases leader visibility and align with a company culture that values our diverse team members
- Format email communications, post intranet articles, format presentations and draft other communications as needed
- Partner with our internal AI tools to streamline development of content
- Maintain our content and email calendar that prioritizes a timeline of key messages, events and topics
- Update communication channels and materials to ensure timeliness, effectiveness and assist with ongoing improvements as needed to ensure an optimal user experience
- Collect and summarize metrics to report on program performance with the relevant stakeholders
