Summary: 

As a Production Supervisor, you will oversee our food production line, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and productivity standards. Leading a team of production line workers, you will provide guidance, training, and support to maximize performance and output. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities will contribute to the overall success of our production line.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the efficient operation of the food production line, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and productivity standards.
• Lead and support a team of production line workers, providing guidance, training, and coaching to enhance their skills and maximize performance.
• Monitor production processes and output to maintain consistent quality and quantity.
• Identify and resolve issues or bottlenecks that may hinder production efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and implement proper sanitation and hygiene practices.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as quality control and maintenance, to address any production-related concerns.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure equipment is functioning properly and coordinate maintenance or repairs as needed.
• Maintain accurate production records, including production reports, inventory levels, and equipment maintenance logs.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, coordinating with procurement to ensure sufficient supply of raw materials.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve production processes, reduce waste, and enhance productivity.
• Foster a positive and safe working environment, promoting teamwork and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualification:

• High school diploma or equivalent, degree in food science or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in food production or a related role.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and quality control procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other production software.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must possess the ability to read, understand and communicate verbally in English. Bilingual English/Mandarin or English/ Spanish is required.

Physical Requirements:

• This job may require standing or walking for extended periods of time, lifting up to 50 pounds, and performing repetitive motions.

Working Conditions: 

• This job is performed in a production environment that may have exposure to heat, noise, and other environmental factors associated with food production.

Position Details:

• Employment Type: Full Time
• Location: 6491 Caballero Blvd., Buena Park, CA 90620.
• Monday - Saturday, 10am-5pm

Compensation:
