Account Executive (RN Infusion)

This is a high-touch, field-based sales role for someone who understands the clinical side of healthcare and knows how to build real relationships. You’ll act as the bridge between providers, patients, and infusion services, managing a defined territory and driving referral growth. This is a self-directed role. You’ll plan your own schedule, manage your territory, and be expected to consistently turn provider interactions into referrals. What You’ll Do Build and maintain relationships with referral sources across your territory Conduct 30 to 40 weekly field calls , including in-person visits and follow-ups Map out and manage your own weekly schedule and travel routes Track activity, referrals, and performance metrics throughout the sales cycle Collaborate with clinical teams to support patient-centered infusion care Stay informed on industry trends and competitive landscape Attend team meetings, trainings, and annual sales events What You Bring Experience in specialty infusion or IVIG required Background in roles like case management, referral coordination, nurse liaison, or clinical sales Strong relationship-building and communication skills Highly organized with the ability to manage your own time and territory Comfortable using CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and virtual collaboration platforms Self-motivated with a proven ability to hit or exceed performance goals What Success Looks Like Consistently completing weekly field activity expectations Converting approximately 10% of interactions into referral opportunities Building lasting relationships with providers and care teams Taking full ownership of your territory and results Base Salary: $95K to $125K Incentives: Uncapped bonus potential Full benefits package including health, dental, vision, PTO 401K after one year #J-18808-Ljbffr Vital Care of Littleton
