Receptionist. Come work for a great company where you feel like family! We are a super busy locally owned and operated swimming pool contractor company. Looking for someone who enjoys working in a super fast paced environment, has a great attitude, excellent customer service skills, has experience with scheduling, answer multi lines, inventory, and general office tasks. Bi-Lingual is a huge plus! Looking for someone who wants to stay and grow within our company. Hours are between Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm Sept- Feb, and Monday- Friday 9:30am-6pm Feb-August. Starting pay is $18, or based off experience, we are looking for the right person to join our team long term. We provide full medical, life insurance, PTO, 401K, and provide a fun, supportive, and very productive environment for people to grow and work in!
Responsibilities
Answer multi lines, scheduling for 3 different departments, inventory, customer service and general office tasks. Must be able to work in super fast paced environment, capable of being able to multi task, be very organized, capable to learn on the job, be accountable for your scheduled shift, and have a great attitude!
Qualifications
Bi lingual is required. Experience with quick books, word, excel is a plus, but not required. Looking for someone who enjoys working in a super fast pace environment, and capable to learn on the job, with a great attitude!
