Minimum Requirements

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Experience working with pediatric patients
• Ability to work effectively with children and parents

Assignment Details

• Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 1:00 PM - 8:00 PM
• Schedule: Friday, 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM
• Expected to complete 4 evaluations per week
• Uses BOX reporting system
