CNC MILL w/HAAS XP & CNC Lathe Fanuc Controls (read and interpret G CODE)
Location: North Houston, TX (Near IAH Airport)
Shift: 1st and 2nd Shift
Overtime: Heavy Overtime Available (Including Weekends)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Tier One Personnel is hiring experienced CNC Mill Operators for a busy manufacturing facility in North Houston near IAH. We are seeking skilled machinists who can perform setups, edit programs, and run parts independently.
This is a long-term opportunity with steady hours and significant overtime, including weekends.
CNC Mill Operator (HAAS XP)
Required Experience:
- HAAS Mills (HAAS XP preferred)
- Setup and program editing
- 3 & 4 Axis Vertical Experience
- G-Code Fixtures
- Previous O&G XP
- Read, edit, and interpret G-code
- Perform complete machine setups independently
- Operate CNC machines using FANUC controls
- Troubleshoot and make program offsets as needed
- Own measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.) preferred
Required Experience:
- Set up and operate CNC mills & Lathes
- Edit and adjust programs as needed
- Inspect parts to ensure quality standards
- Maintain safe and productive work environment
- Work extended hours and weekends as required
Qualifications
- 3+ years CNC machining experience preferred
- Strong CNC setup and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with HAAS/Fanuc
- Ability to work 2nd SHIFT
- Must have weekend availability
- Willingness to work significant overtime
